Returns, Exchange and Refund Policies

Before you decide to return the product, please consider the fact that these products are handcrafted. Though the workers are skilled craftsmen, but there are possibilities of human errors and some little variations compared to shown picture. So it you feel that those minor variations doesn’t affect the overall looks and usability of product, please consider Accepting the Order.

Conditions for Accepting the Returns:

While placing the order, please note that we only accept the product return if product received by you is not as per the mentioned specifications (i.e. major size variation or all the way different product)

We only provide the exchange for the cases when received product is

  • Torn
  • Zippers not working or faulty
  • Wrong Color
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. We shall pick the material only from address to which order was delivered.

Time Frame for Return or Exchange

Our Return / Exchange policy lasts 4 days or receiving the order. If 4 days have passed since your receipt of order, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

Things to do to return, exchange or to get refund

  • Whatsapp or Write us a mail on us@wenomad.in mentioning
    • Order ID
    • Customer ID / Phone no / Email id (used at time of placing order)
    • Reason of exchange / return with photos as proof
    • Photo of Tax invoice
  • Upon verification, our team shall contact you and arrange the pickup
  • We shall mail or whatsapp you packing label
  • Take the printout of packing label
  • Keep the product packaged as per original packing with packing label.
  • Note down the tracking no mentioned on packing label for your record.
  • Depending on your city pincode, it may take some time to get the order picked.

Time line for exchange and Refund from our side

We value your time and appreciate your patience while going through the exchange Process. However it is essential for us to validate the product issue at our side. So we can only issue the exchange or refund once we receive the returned item. Please note

  • It takes us 2-3 days to issue the refund, once we receive the item and approved to refund. You can track the sent back item using tracking no mentioned on packing label
  • For sending the exchange, we takes us 2-3 days once items is received back or request is approved. However in case of unavailability of stock, we would issue the refund.
  • Refund shall only be made to same account from which payment was made.
